from around the world

This space will soon be filled with notes from those who are practising the HEAL acronym journalling tool.

Stay a while, grab a cup of herbs and uplift yourself from the core outwards with these heart-centred words that connect us all to the greater web of life, woven by the strands of Love & Self-remembrance.

Love notes are the final step in the HEAL acronym practice. To learn more about this emotional healing tool, get your free e-book, meditation via the link below or buy the in-depth journal here!

love notes

You are kind and loving and generous.  Your instinct to love is present and strong.  You trust yourself and you act in integrity.  You always do the best you can.

CHRISTINE,Alberta, Canada

It's ok to feel alone right now. spend it getting to know yourself. you are worthy of being heard, you are worhty of loving, holding and being taken care of. do it for you.

ELENORE HENRIKSEN. Sweden

Dear sweet soul, please know I am here. I am beside you. Leaning down and holding your sweet face in the palm of my hands. I see you. I know you are shy, naive and unsure of your place in this world. I am here to tell you that you are loved.you are supported. you are amazing. you are kind & encouraging and will bless so many people in this world. your light shines bright - you just haven't realized it yet. you will go through difficult times ahead but know I will be beside you every time these tough moments arrive. I will pick you up when you fall down. I will dust you off when you stumble. I will dry your tears and embrace you when you feel most alone in this world. I will softly whisper the words you long to hear when doubt, fear& disappointment appear. I am here to tell you that you don't need to seek from the outside world, you already have the answers within. Be still & listen.

SHANNON. Canada

Just remember where you were this time last year. you have come so far. keep going and stop forgetting who you are.

SOLA, Brazil

What you don't know, you don't need to know right now. you are doing your best and that is what you must remember. keep being present with what's here. i believe in you.

Dear Current Day Heather,

Hi, it’s me twenty years from now; the fifty-four-year-old version of you. I’m reaching out to let you know that it’s all going to be okay and that everything you grow through will always serve you. Remember, life is nothing more than a continuous syllabus of lessons that always come right on time. You’ve done a great job knowing it all means something while experiencing such joy seeing how it all inevitably connects.

You’re stepping into the woman you’re meant to be. You’re learning how to be her, getting comfortable in the glass slippers. You’ve done everything and more that’s been asked of you. Thank you. The final task was to move over and let Spirit take the wheel. Remember the ultimate key? That’s what’s it’s always been and what it always will be. Take your time, there’s no need to rush. Surrender is the new patience.

HEATHER. Ontario

Dear Ivy, I hope you always remember how wildly beautiful you are. And on those days that you forget, I hope you always remember you have the strength to come back, forgive yourself and try again.

Try it for yourself. Be patient with yourself. It’s okay if it takes time. But the time that it takes will be worth it, simply because you are worth it.

IVY. Canada

Dear Anna,

It might feel easier to give up on yourself but it's not what will make you happy. Keep coming back to your light and share it with others. You don't have to do it alone, there are others here with you. Keep going, I'm so proud of you.
